Is a Senior Scientist in the Strategic Innovation & Technology Department in Fabric & Home Care at Procter & Gamble and she is jointly coordinating ISSFLOW project with Mr. Smets. Mrs. Fernandez Prieto has over 10 years’ experience in research in the areas of rheology modifiers, biomaterials, encapsulation technologies for the delivery of actives (chemical and physical processes) and the synthesis and scale-up of perfume raw materials. Moreover, she is part of Diversity & Inclusion and Women in Technology teams in P&G. She has a degree in chemistry and a Master in Marketing. Mrs. Fernandez Prieto holds various awards and grants in the field of innovation, inclusion, intellectual property, encapsulation and rheology. She has applied for more than 40 patents for P&G or with suppliers in the last years, she is coeditor of an encapsulation book and has published above 10 scientific papers.
